Project Development and Product Selection
In this initial stage, we outline the product concept while understanding the client's ideas and needs. This is a period of collaboration, where we merge the client's vision with our specialised experience to formulate a robust and efficient proposal. Our primary objective is to ensure that the products to be developed fulfil the client's expectations and have the potential to succeed on the market.

Choice of raw materials and packaging
After defining the project, the raw materials needed to formulate the product are chosen, taking into account their quality and effectiveness.
It is also at this point that, within a vast catalogue full of options, the most suitable packaging is selected to ensure that the product is properly protected and presented.

Sample Development
In the sample development stage, we bring the theoretical formulation to life, transforming it into physical samples that will be evaluated by the client. It's an interactive process, where the samples are refined based on customer feedback until we reach the final product that matches their expectations and vision.
During this phase, the client has complete freedom to choose not only the ingredients and composition of the product, but also its desired texture and colour. In addition, we offer a variety of fragrances so that the customer can select the one that will provide the desired olfactory experience with their product.

Legal certifications
Tecnocosmética, through its quality and regulatory affairs department, ensures product quality and guides clients in complying with cosmetics sector standards. We carry out continuous assessment and monitoring of products, raw materials and packaging, in compliance with current legislation.
Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations is a fundamental priority in all our cosmetic product production and development processes. All our products comply with legal and regulatory requirements and are subjected to a thorough analysis to guarantee compliance in all the countries where they will be commercialised.

Drawing up labels
Labels on cosmetic products play a crucial role not only in making the packaging visually appealing, but also in communicating vital information that ensures greater safety, transparency and quality when using the product.
According to European Regulation 1223/2009, labels must follow a series of mandatory rules in order for cosmetic products to be marketed in Europe.

Production, Labelling, Batching and Shipping
With packaging, labelling and raw materials defined, we move on to the production of cosmetic products. This process involves four essential stages:
- Production: Production is carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards to guarantee the consistency and effectiveness of the products.
- Labelling: After production, each product is labelled in accordance with legal regulations and company guidelines.
- Batching: During this stage, the finished products are batched, which facilitates traceability and quality control, allowing any problems that may arise to be identified quickly.
- Dispatch: Finally, the finished products are packaged according to the established specifications. The boxes are prepared to ensure that the products are properly protected during transport.
